Have you ever heard of mental visualization?
Visualization, in fact, is simply imagining yourself visually , it can be auditory, it can also be at the level of sensations, at the emotional level.
For me, that's visualization, it's imagining something and it can be done more easily with your eyes closed .
Give us an example!
At first, for example, I will close my eyes and visualize a forest. I visually see this forest with trees, green, rivers.
Now I can accompany it with sounds, sounds of the river, of animals, of creaking trees. I can still accompany it with emotions, well-being, calm, relaxation.
That's full visualization .
The brain, it will not necessarily always make a great distinction between reality, I can clearly see the forest. And the fictional one where I close my eyes and see a forest.
For which situation I could apply it?
Of course, the visualization, it must train .
You will have to feel it clearly, believe it, wake up this visualization daily, even several times a day. It will also have to be accompanied by actions in everyday life, concrete .
If before an exam , I will visualize the questions, I will also visualize that there will be some tension. I will visualize the place, the people. I'm also going to visualize that I'm going to eat before and the more I train before, the more during an exam, I'll be comfortable because the brain recognizes that. Predictability.
