Why do you have to activate your brain?

Quite simply, because the brain is the atomic power plant, it is PC hardware.

Without a brain, there is nothing that happens, there is no more action, there is no more thought, there is no more anything.

And it should be known that the brain or the nervous system constantly receives thousands, millions of information which go up to the brain.

Then, in the brain, there is an interpretation, integration of the messages, and then, it will act in the form of outputs, whether these are outputs rather of well-being, of performance: the fact of jumping, running, thinking , to speak, to have a memory, to see well.

But also can emit protection outputs. And there we can talk about chronic pain, we can talk about anxiety whether at the emotional level, we can talk about rigidity, lack of cardio, etc.

The brain in fact, it will ask itself a question, it is: is what you give me as information safe, reassuring.

If it is, he will interpret that as ok.

And it will be able to emit what we basically wanted to do.

If now the brain receives erroneous or inaccurate or bad information, it will not feel reassured. And if he does not feel reassured, he will quite simply make us understand it with protective outputs.

It could be chronic pain, it could be speech problems, it could be blurred vision.

That's why it's essential to be interested in the brain and that's all there is to my neuro-centered approach.

We can achieve physical, mental, even professional goals, but we cannot omit this aspect, which is the brain.

And by potentiating it, by detecting small errors, imbalances, we will be able to achieve our objectives much more easily, for a much longer period.

Neuroplasticity

This is the principle of the brain. You should know that it is plastic. This is where we talk about neuroplasticity.

Everything we give him as messages, the more it is done regularly, the easier it is for him to create connections.

So the brain is a bit lazy. If every morning, I'm used to sitting in front of my PC and drinking my hot coffee, one day when we want to go swimming in the cold, for example, the brain will dissuade us.

He will deter us with protective outputs.

For example doubts, it can even be the beginning of an illness, it can be cramps, it can be many different things.

And he actually plasticized, he got used to our routine.

Now, on the contrary, if we give the brain time to get used to new habits, like going for a swim every morning in the cold for example, or going for a jog, well after a certain time, will love it because he will see it as doable and easy to create connections, so we can do it right.
