Shipping policy

Payment, shipping
When ordering goods in the online store, shipping costs are calculated on a flat-rate basis and are automatically indicated in the order process.

We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our goods.

If you would like more information about the preparation of your order, we encourage you to contact us.

When making purchases, the customer has access to the payment options shown in the online store. We reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods for each order.

Orders are normally dispatched on weekdays, within one to three working days of receipt. If an order contains goods that are not in stock and cannot be dispatched within three working days, the order will be processed in several stages. The customer is informed of this fact. This does not result in any additional delivery costs for the customer. However, no delivery time is guaranteed.

We are committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible to ensure the best possible customer experience. However, it is important to note that certain events may occasionally result in extended delivery times. These events include

Public holidays:
Local and national public holidays may affect the operation of our processing centers and delivery services. We recommend that you take these dates into account when planning your orders.

Sporting events:
Major sporting events, such as the Olympic Games, World Cups, and other international competitions, may cause disruptions in transport and logistics services, particularly in the areas where these events take place.

Extreme weather conditions:
Storms, floods and other severe weather conditions may cause delays in deliveries due to the closure of roads, airports and distribution centers.

Pandemics and health crises:
Health crises such as epidemics or pandemics may result in travel restrictions, treatment center closures, and downsizing, which may affect delivery times.

Strikes and demonstrations:
Strikes, demonstrations and other industrial action may disrupt the transport and distribution of parcels, resulting in additional delays.

Order overload:
During busy periods, such as sales, holiday seasons and special promotions, the high volume of orders may result in longer processing and delivery times.

We thank you for your understanding and patience in such circumstances. Please be assured that we are doing our utmost to minimize these impacts and to keep you informed of developments concerning your shipments. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.
