Lost or broken parcel
A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel?
With our secure delivery service, our boutique will take care of the problem for you. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We don't pass the buck to the carrier and leave you to fend for yourself. If a package is lost, we take full responsibility and will immediately send you a new parcel at our expense.
Please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail. Our team will do its utmost to meet your expectations.
It is not possible to exchange goods. The customer accepts that all warranties are globally excluded for purchases made from ProFeel Life LLC. In the interests of quality assurance, however, the customer is requested to report any product defects.
Order modification
It is possible to modify your order as long as it has not yet been processed. Please contact us.
Cancellation
It is possible to cancel your order! If the order is already being processed, cancellation costs will amount to 40% of the purchase price.
An order in delivery cannot be cancelled.
Return
We are only able to accept returns in the event of a product defect.
Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products show any manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) together with your order number. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
