We may process the data you transmit to us via our website in order to improve its operation or to guide the development of our commercial offer. The legal basis is art. 6 par. 1 let. f RGPD (interest in improving our services/marketing).

Finally, we process your data to defend, if necessary, our legal interests or to recover sums owed to us. The legal basis is art. 6 par. 1 let. f RGPD (interest in defending our legal rights).

Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent, subject to the following provisions.

We communicate your data to the following categories of recipients:

  • IT service providers (if this is necessary to ensure the maintenance or technical development of our infrastructure);

Your personal data will only be kept for as long as is necessary to process your orders and respond to your requests. In addition, we keep your data in archived form for the duration of the legal statute of limitations applicable to our contractual relationship. After this period, your data will be deleted.

Our website also facilitates access to our profile pages on the above social networks as well as your connection to your user account on them. If you use this feature on our website, the relevant social network will provide us with information about you. This provision of information is initiated by the fact that you are redirected to the social network's page after pressing the corresponding function, and the social network requests authorization to provide access to your basic information (your name, profile photo, gender, network, username, list of friends, date of birth and other information you share with your friends). If you give your permission, the social network will provide us with this information.

The data processing described above takes place on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting cookies linked to the domains of the social network concerned in the security settings of your browser and/or by deleting your account with the social network concerned. Please note that this will not affect any data processing already carried out.

Your data will be kept for as long as is necessary to provide you with the services you have requested. In other words, the data associated with your user account is kept at least as long as it is active. You may close it at any time, free of charge. We will then retain only the data required to assert our legal rights, if necessary, and only for as long as is necessary for any such action. Subject to the institution of such an action, your data will under no circumstances be kept for longer than the expiry of the legally applicable limitation period. We may also be required by law to keep certain data, such as accounting records, for the statutory retention period.
