    With some people, especially during the first doses, Humicol can stimulate transit or cause a slight temporary detoxifying effect, which can show up as softer stools.

    This isn't really a side effect as such, but rather a sign that intestinal elimination is being restarted.
    The approach you've adopted, starting with 1 capsule in the evening, is perfectly suited: it lets your body adjust gently.

    If needed, you can continue at this pace for a few more days before going back to the full dosage.

Intestinal Mucosa Detoxification

A dietary supplement containing humic acids from organic farming that help "cleanse" the intestinal mucosa (intestinal wall).

Deep detoxification of the intestinal mucosa, thanks to their strong binding capacity for organic and inorganic toxins such as:

Frequently asked questions

How should I take this supplement?

The humic acid capsules are best taken before meals — ideally 10 to 15 minutes before eating. Start with 1 capsule per day for the first week, then gradually increase to 4 capsules per day if needed.

Will this upset my stomach?

Humic acids occur naturally in soils rich in organic matter and are very well tolerated by the body. To optimize tolerance, start gently with 1 capsule per day and gradually increase.

What makes your detox products different from others?

HUMICOL's humic acids come from organic farming and are specifically purified for targeted action on the intestinal mucosa. Unlike clay or activated charcoal, which act less selectively, humic acids have a natural affinity for certain substances while respecting intestinal flora.
