What is L-Glutamine?

L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in our body, primarily found in muscles and blood.

Well-known in the sports field for its muscle rebuilding and recovery capabilities, glutamine is also a valuable ally for our intestinal health.

A deficiency in glutamine can have several negative consequences. It can lead to a reduction in muscle functions for athletes, intestinal permeability, and therefore a decrease in immunity against infections.

The L-Glutamine offered by Exelis is a vegan glutamine.
