    Painful knee for about a year now during steep downhill sections while hiking. The inner area (pes anserinus) would get inflamed. After 10 days of taking Coxadol, the pain has reduced a bit but most importantly it appears much later. Excellent product that I'll continue to take.

Standardised extract from the tuberous secondary roots of Harpagophytum procumbens, a plant native to the deserts of southern Africa, traditionally nicknamed "devil's claw" because of its spiny fruits.
Harpagoside, the plant's main active compounds, modulate the biochemical pathways of inflammation by inhibiting the production of specific enzymes (COX-2 and 5-LOX) — similar to those targeted by conventional anti-inflammatories. This action helps limit the inflammatory cascade at the level of joint and tendon tissues.
