    I took it on Brian Weber's recommendation, following an initial course with humicol.
    I do have a sense that my digestive system and liver have been cleansed, especially after winter and eating richer, fattier foods. I didn't notice any improvement in my sleep though, but I'll be in better shape for summer anyway. Thank you for contributing to my health!
