CH operating conditions
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the rights and obligations of ProFeel Lab Sàrl and its customers in connection with the purchase of goods from ProFeel Lab Sàrl. They apply to all purchases made by customers via the online store. The version in force at the time the order is placed applies.
2. General
The purchase of goods from ProFeel Lab Sàrl is open to natural persons domiciled in Switzerland and worldwide. The goods are intended for private use only. ProFeel Lab Sàrl may impose quantity restrictions on the goods.
It is the customer's responsibility to check, before each purchase, whether the goods chosen are suitable for his/her person and whether there are any intolerances or contraindications. In the event of doubt, the customer may at any time contact our specialist staff or his own doctor.
3. Price indications and conclusion of contract
All prices are in CHF, excluding value-added tax (VAT) and shipping costs. Technical modifications, errors and misprints are reserved. ProFeel Lab Sàrl may adjust prices at any time without notice.
The information in the online store does not constitute an offer. Product characteristics, illustrative images and photos are shown for information purposes only. A binding offer only becomes effective when the customer places an order. A contract for the purchase of goods in the online store comes into effect on receipt of the order confirmation by e-mail. If the order confirmation indicates a quantity of goods lower than that ordered by the customer, the contract is deemed to have been concluded with the lower quantity. The customer assures ProFeel Lab Sàrl thatthe information provided when ordering in the online store is correct
.4. Payment, shipping
When ordering goods in the online store, shipping costs are calculated on a flat-rate basis and are automatically indicated in the order process.
When making purchases, the customer has the payment options indicated in the online store. We reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods for each order.
Orders are normally dispatched on weekdays, within one to three working days of receipt. If an order contains goods that are not in stock and cannot be dispatched within three working days, the order will be processed in several stages. The customer is informed of this fact. This does not result in any additional delivery costs for the customer. However, no delivery time is guaranteed.
5. Exchange, exclusion of warranty
It is not possible to exchange goods. The customer accepts that all warranties are generally excluded for purchases made from ProFeel Lab Sàrl. In the interests of quality assurance, however, the customer is requested to report any product defects.
6. Data protection and changes
The processing of personal data within the scope of these GTC is subject to the following conditions explained in our privacy policy. ProFeel Lab Sàrl reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time.
7. Jurisdiction and applicable law
ProFeel Lab Sàrl is registered in Collombey-Muraz, Valais, Switzerland. ProFeel Lab Sàrl is responsible for the content and for what is sold on the profeel.ch website.
