General conditions of sale - Legal notices
These General Conditions (GC) govern the rights and obligations of ProFeel Lab sàrl and its customers in connection with the purchase of goods from ProFeel Lab sàrl . They apply to all purchases made by customers via the online store. The version in force at the time the order is placed is applied.
2. GeneralThe purchase of goods from ProFeel Lab sàrl is open to natural persons domiciled in Switzerland and around the world. The goods are intended exclusively for private use. ProFeel Lab sàrl may provide for quantitative restrictions on the goods.
It is the customer's responsibility to check, before each purchase, whether the goods chosen are suitable for him and whether there are any intolerances or contraindications. In case of doubt, the client can contact the specialist staff or his attending physician at any time.
3. Price indications and conclusion of contractAll prices are in CHF, excluding value added tax (excluding VAT) and excluding shipping costs. Technical changes, errors and printing errors are reserved. ProFeel Lab sàrl may adjust prices at any time and without notice.
The information in the online store does not constitute an offer. The characteristics of the products, the illustrative images as well as the photos are shown for information purposes only. A firm offer is only effective when the customer places an order. A contract for the purchase of goods in the online store takes effect upon receipt of the order confirmation by e-mail. If the order confirmation indicates a lower quantity of goods than that ordered by the customer, the contract is considered concluded with the lower quantity. The customer assures ProFeel Lab sàrl that the information he provides when ordering in the online store is correct.
4. Payment, shippingWhen ordering goods in the online shop, the shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate and are shown automatically in the ordering process.
When making purchases, the customer has the payment options indicated in the online shop. During each order, we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods.
Orders are normally shipped on weekdays, within one to three working days of receipt of the order. If an order contains goods that are not in stock and cannot be dispatched within three working days, the order is executed in several stages. The customer is informed of this fact. There are no additional delivery costs for the customer. However, no delivery time is therefore guaranteed.
5. Exchange, exclusion of warrantyIt is not possible to exchange goods. The customer accepts that any warranty is globally excluded for purchases made from ProFeel Lab sàrl. For the sake of quality assurance, the customer is however requested to communicate any possible defect of a product.
6. Data protection and changesThe processing of personal data under these T&Cs is explained in our privacy policy . ProFeel Lab sàrl reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.
7. Jurisdiction and applicable lawProFeel Lab sàrl is registered in the town of Collombey-Muraz in the canton of Valais in Switzerland. ProFeel Lab Sàrl is responsible for the content and what is sold on the swiss.profeel.life website.
