Have you ever heard of mental visualization?
Visualization is simply visually imaginingit can be auditory, it can also be sensory, at the level of emotional.
For me, that's what visualization is all about: imagining something, and it's easier to do that when you're not thinking. eyes closed.
Give us an example!
For example, at the beginning I'll close my eyes and visualize a forest. I see this forest visually, with trees, greenery and rivers.
Now I can accompany it with sounds: the river, animals, trees cracking. I can still accompany with emotions, well-being, calm, relaxation.
This is complete visualization.
The brain doesn't always make a clear distinction between what's real - I can clearly see the forest - and what's fictional, where I close my eyes and see a forest. And the fictional, where I close my eyes and see a forest.
What situation could I apply it to?
Of course, visualization must practice.
You have to feel it clearly, believe in it, awaken this visualization daily, even several times a day. It must also be accompanied by actions in everyday life, concrete.
If before a examinationI'm going to visualize the questions, I'm also going to visualize that there's going to be a certain amount of tension.I'll visualize the place, the people. I'll also visualize that I'm going to eat beforehand, and the more I practice that beforehand, the more comfortable I'll be during an exam, because the brain recognizes that. Predictability.
